With a career spanning top-tier companies like 7-Eleven, Frito-Lay, and Gallo Winery, she has honed her expertise in market entry analysis, brand and product innovation, financial strategy, and team leadership. Whether launching a new product or refining a business strategy, Lily thrives on uncovering fresh, efficient ways to drive growth and impact.
Beyond the boardroom, Lily recharges cheering on her two children in all their personal endeavors. A lifelong learner, she earned her Bachelor’s in Sociology from UCLA in 1996 and an MBA from Emory University in 2002, blending analytical insight with a deep understanding of human behavior.

With over 20 years of experience in medical billing, practice management, and healthcare consulting, he doesn’t just navigate the complexities of RCM—he thrives on them. From working with industry giants like McKesson, Intermedix (R-1), and Gottlieb (Ventra) to launching Blitz Medical Billing, Craig has built a career on optimizing financial performance and solving revenue challenges for healthcare providers. And the best part? He’s still learning and loving every step of the way.
When he’s not demystifying the world of revenue cycle management, Craig is chasing new adventures—whether it’s running marathons, exploring iconic baseball parks, or enjoying Marvel movie nights with his kids. A proud graduate of Bradley University, he earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration in 1997 and continues to apply his strategic mindset to both business and life.

Melissa Taylor, Chief Operating Officer

Melissa Taylor brings over 24 years of progressive experience in medical billing, revenue cycle management, and healthcare operations. She began her career as a receptionist for a single-provider practice and, through dedication and a deep understanding of the revenue cycle, advanced to become AR Manager at Health Texas Provider Network, where she managed complex billing operations across multiple specialties.

Today, Melissa serves as Chief Operating Officer at Blitz, where she oversees operational strategy, analytics, and performance across the organization. Her leadership has been pivotal in scaling revenue cycle processes and integrating data-driven decision-making to improve provider performance and patient financial experience. In previous roles, she has successfully led accounts receivable teams responsible for more than 250 professional providers, consistently delivering strong outcomes in collections, compliance, and team development.

Melissa also brings a unique perspective from her seven-year hiatus from healthcare, during which she worked as a Demand Planning Analyst at global toy company Mattel. There, she honed her analytical and forecasting skills in a fast-paced, consumer-driven environment—expertise she now channels into strategic operational planning at Blitz.

With a hands-on foundation in every aspect of billing and operations, Melissa is known for her ability to build high-performing teams, optimize revenue processes, and bridge the gap between technical detail and organizational strategy.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, crafting, and exploring new ways to stay creative.

Yanice Perez, Director of AR

A Florida native now thriving in Texas, Yanice has always been passionate about the medical field. From hands-on patient care as a medical assistant to mastering the intricate world of medical billing, she brings a unique, well-rounded perspective that drives real results. Her dual experience allows her to bridge the gap between clinical operations and financial success, helping providers streamline revenue cycles and maximize reimbursement with efficiency and precision.
Beyond her expertise in anesthesia, telehealth, and physician group reimbursements, Yanice specializes in NSA and Federal IDR submissions, repricer negotiations, and payment reconciliation—transforming complex billing challenges into opportunities for healthcare providers.
But there’s more to Yanice than just numbers and negotiations. As a devoted mom of two, she’s a master multitasker, effortlessly balancing work and family life with the same determination and creativity she brings to every project. Whether she’s crafting something beautiful by hand or crafting winning reimbursement strategies, Yanice thrives in the details—where precision meets artistry.

Israel Camacho, Director of Payor Enrollment and Managed Care Contracting

Israel is a dedicated healthcare professional with nearly two decades of experience in provider enrollment, managed care contracting, and credentialing. Since stepping into the industry in 2006, he has worn many hats—physician recruiting, provider enrollment, scheduling, contracting, and credentialing—giving him a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare payer landscape.
As the Director of Provider Enrollment and Managed Care Contracting, Israel ensures that providers are credentialed efficiently and accurately with both government and private insurance payers. His expertise lies in streamlining enrollment processes, minimizing administrative burdens, and fostering seamless payer-provider relationships—allowing healthcare professionals to focus on what matters most: patient care.
A graduate of Collin College (2013) and a former attendee of the University of North Texas, Israel thrives on the challenges of provider enrollment and credentialing, consistently striving for exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
Outside of work, Israel is a devoted dad of two who understands the importance of balancing structure with adventure. Whether he’s navigating complex payer networks or exploring new destinations, he embraces every challenge with curiosity and precision. His love for travel fuels his appreciation for different cultures and perspectives—an outlook that helps him build strong, lasting relationships in both his personal and professional life.
